An exponent of Mohiniyattam and Kuchipudi, she is one of the youngest to be impanelled into SPIC MACAY, giving over 125 lecture-demonstrations over the past two years. Devika’s choreographies are well researched and stand out for the freshness and vivacity and thought-provoking themes that are rooted in mythology, Indian tradition and philosophy.
She choreographed for the movie Karmayogi.
She worked as a visiting faculty at the Post-graduate and Research Studies in Mohiniyattam at the Kerala Kalamandalam Deemed University.
She has also travelled to the USA, Switzerland, Singapore, Persia and to Pakistan LOC giving lecture-demonstrations and performances.
